Accommodated in luxury family tent situated on the banks of the Nsaleni River in the Tented Camp which is about 1 km drive from the luxury lodge. The whole ‘Elephant Whisperer’ experience is very tastefully presented and it has not yet been overly ‘commercialised’ for lack of a better word Welcome drinks on arrival in keeping with the 4 star experiences were very well received – Thula Thula can offer the groups lunch on the day of arrival, given that they would leave after breakfast on their departure day. I was expecting a Theme Park, but when I arrived, I was very pleasantly surprised by the genuine welcome which we received. Staff there are excellent and very hospitable.
